In this Journey Through the Chakras workshop you’ll explore the meaning & power of the 7 main chakras. Learn when they are in balance and when they’re feeling way off kilter. We’ll look at a number of different ways to help you to get back into alignment, so you have options of what works well for you, your body and your wellbeing journey.

We’ll get playful with some chakra mantras and different yoga poses associated with each chakra. And after a balancing yoga flow designed to help realign and balance your chakras, we’ll end the workshop with a relaxing meditation.

Expand your mind and create a deeper connection to yourself. Leaving you feeling at peace, grounded and centred.

This workshop is ideal for:
