We’re best known for our pole classes as that’s where it all started…
Back in 2017, Becky taught 2 pole classes a week and over time this grew and she added on more and more classes. Now with many pole sessions every week, with varying styles - from learning tricks and technique, to a fierce choreography - we still have pole as a firm staple!

Since our humble beginnings, we’ve added wonderful humans to the team and brought in new classes that we love to offer.

At the BB Studio we believe in a holistic approach - looking after mind, body and soul.

That’s why we now have a mix of workshops and classes including:

  • Pole Choreography Classes

  • Heels Pole Classes

  • Spinning Pole Classes

  • Aerial-Yoga Classes

  • Flexibility & Contortion Classes

  • Aerial-Yoga Meditation Workshops

We love to help you find the balance of yin and yang, of calm and vibrant. So if you’re in need of a energy pick me up or needing to unwind and relax, there’s a class waiting just for you.

BB studio provides me a safe place to take time out to focus on myself, to get fit and stronger - physically, and also mentally and emotionally.

    All genders, all backgrounds, all levels of ability are welcome - and no sweat if you’ve no fitness or dance experience, or even if you feel like a giraffe in rollerskates with no grace at all - you are totally welcome.

    We love to celebrate people’s uniqueness and differences. There’s only one of you on this entire planet and in our entire human existence - bloody nora! That’s kinda massive deal! All the beaut quirks and weird bits that make up you, we believe is something to love and cherish.

    Helping members discover the love and joy of their movement or mindset practices, to help them to look after their wellbeing - physically, mentally, emotionally, intuitively and spiritually.

  • We believe that community and connecting to other humans, is integral to your wellbeing. That’s one of the reasons we have memberships, as you can get to know the people around you! We can then cheer and support those next to us on their wellbeing journey and find a deeper connection on the way too! Yay!

  • We aim to provide fun, friendly, positive sessions which uplift, inspire and make people feel good.

  • We love to help you find the balance in your life. The yin and the yang, the calm and the vibrancy. We hold space for the joys and the sorrows of life.

    Sometimes you’re in need of a high energy, challenging pole class that gives you a buzz and a room full of laughter.
    Sometimes you’re in need of relaxation, letting go and feeling cocooned and held whilst suspended in an aerial hammock during a peaceful meditation.

    Through our holistic wellbeing workshops and our regular classes, we hope to help you connect to your body, soul and intuition, so you can better understand self, what your needs are, when they show up and how you can fulfil those needs yourself #PowerToSelf
    This ultimately helps you feel empowered and heaps more confident. And we’re defo here for that.

  • Safety comes first.
    We ask each of our instructors to be respectful of their own and their students’ limitations and skillsets. And we kindly ask for you to do the same. Listening to the instructor’s class plan and feedback throughout the sessions makes sure you are safe and getting the most out of your session.
